Travel Expenses

Weddings

For weddings more than 75 miles from our studio, client is responsible for travel expenses, lodging and airfare (if needed) for all requested shooters and assistants.  Client is not responsible for food or recreational expenses incurred by the photographers and assistants outside of booked wedding times.  Mileage and toll expenses will be paid by client for wedding more than 35 miles from our studio.

Events and Portraits

We will travel to any location to photograph your event or portrait.  For events or portraits booked for 3 hours or more, we will travel up to 35 miles from our studio for free.  Each additional mile will be billed to the client at .50/mile.  For events or portraits booked for less than 3 hours, we will travel up to 20 miles from our studio for free.  Each additional mile will be billed to the client at .50/mile.  Mileage will be based on Google maps.
