We will continue to accept applications for Senior Ambassador for all RI and MA schools (excluding Mt. Hope High School in Bristol). The remaining positions will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
Senior Ambassador Program
What is a Senior Ambassador?
A Senior Ambassador is a representative for A Moment In Time Photography.
•Any student from any high school in Rhode Island or Southeastern Massachusetts, graduating in 2015, may submit an application to become a Senior Ambassador.
•Only one student will be picked per school, and a student's name will be chosen at random after the deadline date
•Applicants must fill out application found at the end of this page to be eligible.
•A parent or legal guardian must sign a release for any student that is chosen as a Senior Ambassador
•This program is not for someone just looking for a free portrait session. Incentives will only be earned through your own hard work and dedication to your position as Senior Ambassador.
•All Senior Ambassadors chosen will be notified by email by March 7, 2014. Any student not chosen as Ambassador will receive a coupon for 50% off their sitting fee if they book their senior portrait session with A Moment In Time Photography.
What you can earn as a Senior Ambassador:
•Every Senior Ambassador gets a free one hour outdoor photo session with A Moment In Time Photography to take place before May 1, 2014.
•As a Senior Ambassador, we will provide you with 50 Rep Cards, with your image on the cards, to pass out to students from the graduating class of 2015. You may hand these out to students of any school in Rhode Island or Southeastern Massachusetts. You will also receive a tin carrying case for the cards that you can keep. (We will provide you will more Rep Cards if you run out, free of charge).
•You will receive 3 watermarked images for use on any social media site you are on. These photos must be posted to your Facebook page, with a link provided to either our Facebook page or website. At least one of these images must be used as your profile picture from May 15, 2014 until August 15, 2014.
•We will provide you with a customized cover photo that you can post and use on your social media sites.
•You will receive a $25.00 print credit for each senior booking made with your senior Rep Card (students must bring this card to their session for you to receive credit). All senior bookings must be made before August 31, 2014 to receive incentives.
•Your friend will receive 20% off their sitting fee when booked with your card, as well as a $25.00 print credit for any order over $125.00.
•We will submit the image of your choice to your yearbook rep for your senior portrait photo.
And now the really good stuff! Besides receiving $25.00 off your order for every friend that books and keeps their appointment, you will also receive the following benefits:
•If 5 of your friends book, you will receive a free 16x20 image of your choice (a $98.00 value)
•If 10 friends book, you will receive a free 16x20 image, as well as 3 custom designed mini accordion books (of our design) with 5-7 of your favorite photos (a $170.00 value)
•If 15 friends book, you will receive a free 16x20 image, 3 custom designed mini accordion books, and a proof notebook with 50 of your favorite 5x7 images, textured and watermarked (valued at over $250.00).
