Can I purchase digital files?
It is our studio's strict policy that we do not sell our digital files for portrait sessions (there are some exceptions, please see below). Our reason is that we keep our files backed up for our clients, and do not discard or destroy these files after a given amount of time, therefore, clients may order prints years after they have taken their photos. We will however, allow for the usage of up to 2 files to be used to print products from an outside company. In order for us to do this for a client, the product you are ordering must meet all of the following requirements.
>The product must be something we do not already offer. If you are unsure if we offer something, please ask. If you have purchased a coupon code from a company for this purpose and it is for a product that we already offer, we are not responsible for any costs a client has incurred that is outside of our policy. Getting a product cheaper elsewhere is not a valid excuse.
>Our studio must be able to upload the file directly to the website that you are purchasing your product from. Client will provide credit card information and be responsible for all costs, including and shipping costs, and the product will be shipped directly to the client.
>The usage fee for the first file is $25.00, and is non-refundable, even if the product is not the quality you expected, as we can not be responsible for anything not purchased directly through our studio. The fee for a second file is $15.00. These are one time fees, available to use on one product each.

We will sell digital files for the following sessions. Each has their own restrictions, so please check with our studio if you have any questions.

>Business Portraits (price for one image included in fee. Additional images available for $25.00/each)
>Modeling Sessions (price not included in fee. Disk of 20 low resolution photos only, available for $175.00)
>Senior Portraits (we will provide one digital photo of your choice directly to your school for yearbook inclusion. Price included in fee)
>Weddings (some of our wedding packages include the fee for a disk of every digital file from your wedding. If a package does not include these files, they are available to be purchased as an add-on for $600 for a disk of all images only. A full disk must be purchased.)
