Copyright and copyright protection laws are put into place to protect an artist and their creations.  At A Moment In Time Photography, we take our craft very seriously, and expect our clients to respect the laws that protect our company.  All of the photographs produced by our company, or by a subcontractor working for our company, are protected by copyright protection laws.  Whether the photos are of products, landscapes, or people. everything we create is available for sale to our clients through our company only.  Copying, altering, or reproducing our photos in any way is strictly prohibited by copyright laws.  By printing your own photos, whether at home, or with another retailer, without prior written permission from the owner of A Moment In Time Photography, you are not only stealing from our company, but you are producing products which we feel are not up to the photographic standard and quality of the products provided by our company.
